The title CRÉPUSCULE of course echoes this particular moment of nightfall, a temporal interval where the lines and masses blur in the last glimmers of light gradually gained by the darkness. At first glance, three tubular vases whose openings take up the round, square or rectangular shapes typical of the workshop. But the silhouettes then subtly evolve to create a slight confusion. Sections seem to be cut out, impromptu edges stand out and a few curves thwart the first impression. These asymmetrical movements generate drawn shadows on the body of the three vases that evolve according to their orientations.
